Synopsis:

In 1933, Beiping was the most bustling place in China. It's not the same as the other places.

It was not a magnificent cacophony red lanterns and wine green pleasure seeking environment but one of elegance noise, Kunqu and Peking opera, banging operas, Qinqiang drums.

Any traditional folk art you can imagine comes together here - it's the most glorious stage in the Millennium Pear Garden.

It was also the place where the last leader of the Pear Garden, Shang Xirui, occupied the place of his love affair.

At the meeting, he was told that he had met the famous actor, Mr. Cheng, who seemed to be living in the gossip and legend.

He took off the red plum flower that Shang Xirui had pinned on his lapel, smiled, and stuck it on his suit.

With one eye closed and one eye open, he was already in the Hall of Eternal Life. Shang Xirui sang, "Come, come, I'll walk with you, Second Master.”

Cheng Fengtai said, "As long as you are willing, I will stay with you.” The two are bonded by the play, and the words of expression are spoken like two lines of the play.

Later on, a talented man made up a casual story about the two of them, so that you could see what they were up to, that is, this play "Winter Begonia"
